Ada

Ada's chatbot AI allows businesses to help their customers 24/7 with a faster, and more satisfactory, customer service experience. To reach new customers of their own, Ada commissioned me to create an ongoing series of infographics and articles that communicate the impact their product has, and also establish Ada as a thought leader in eCommerce.

I was able to utilize Ada's brand illustration library to give character to the information. As well, I designed different graphics and charts to elevate stats and numbers that drove home important information.

At the beginning of 2021, I designed a Trends Report that Ada would share on its website, that described the 5 trends that would define the year for Automated Customer Experience. Infographics and illustrations are used throughout to illuminate the key information.
